|Recommended: YesPretty complex, decent interiors — Its a nice community and has some perks. Affordable with convenient services, but not luxurious.
|Recommended: YesLove these apartments — It's a great place to live
|Recommended: YesConstruction OK, Living GREAT — There's no ceiling fan in the living room, which seems like a necessity in a Texas apartment. Not only does it make it harder to cool the room, but to light it as well. The construction of the walls seems a little shoddy, with large cracks appearing and making it seem as if the window trimming is just going to fall off at any moment. Also, the mail room is impossible to get into, with both doors being jammed 90 of the time and your key not working. Aside from that, it's a great place to live The staff is friendly and helpful, the community isn't too loud, and there's a bunch of squirrels and wildlife running around that make the place feel extremely safe. It's just out of reach of the highway, making it accessible but quiet.
|Recommended: YesAffordable and homey — I loved living at Lincoln Crossing even if it was for a year. The main reason I moved was due to the kitchen being WAY too small. I looked into the bigger apartments within the complex, hoping I could stay there, but even the 2 bedroom apartments had the same size kitchen as the 1 bedroom. I wish I was able to stay there, but with a small kitchen, I could not cook as efficiently as I wanted to.
|Recommended: YesGreat management, could use some upgrades — The management is very friendly and quick to communicate any news or notices. Maintenance has been prompt and thorough. The apartments themselves could use some upgrading but they are well kept and very clean. The community is peaceful, neighbors aren't noisy, and there is a nice mix of tenants of all ages. Slightly overpriced but the location next to two major streets makes up for it, lots of restaurants and things to do just down the street.
